  • Porterhouse 16oz.and Lobster 

    (Heritage Angus Reserve)
    seasonal vegetables, garlic potato purée, port reduction with wild mushroom

    or

    Pan seared Chilean Sea Bass and Poached Lobster 

    herb pesto, lemon buerre blanc, linguine, lobster tomato sauce

 

4th Course

  • Dessert
    Cheesecake Souffle
     

    vanilla ice cream, macerated berries tartlet
